Elections of Officers and Annual Board Meeting

Dear Medford National Little League Membership,

On Thursday, September 24th, 2020 @ 6:00, Medford National Little League will be holding their annual meeting and election of officers for the 2020-2021 season. This meeting will be held at the MNLL Fields, 4409 W Main St, Medford, OR. The meeting will be held outside under the picnic shelter to allow for social distancing and masks will be available for those who would like them.

A successful league depends of volunteers who are wanting and able to put time into making MNLL the best it can be. All positions are up for election and is  a 1 year term. Even if you are not able to serve on the board, all members are welcome to monthly board meetings to give input and ideas on the operations of the league. The following positions will be open for volunteers:

  • President
  • Vice President
  • Secretary
  • Treasurer
  • Player Agent
  • Coaching Coordinator
  • Maintenance Coordinator
  • Head Umpire
  • Concession Manager
  • Equipment Manager
  • Safety Officer
  • Sponsorship/Fundraiser Coordinator

All board members much pass a criminal background check prior to assuming duties starting on October 1, 2020.
